Privacy policy

What data we collect when you visit ketrics.io or write to us, and how we look after it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Ketrics is a service of Inversiones Albareda SpA, Chilean tax ID (RUT) 76.269.473-5, Avenida Suecia 0142, oficina 202, Providencia, Santiago, Chile. Inversiones Albareda SpA is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the ketrics.io website and the forms you use to reach us: demo requests, contact, and requests for access to the platform (app.ketrics.io).

It does not cover the data our customers load into their applications on the Ketrics platform. That processing is governed by each customer's service agreement, under which Ketrics acts as a processor on the customer's behalf.

3. What data we collect

We only collect what you give us in a form, plus some technical data about the request:

  • Demo and contact forms: name, email, company, company size, country, role, phone, topic, message and plan of interest. Some fields are optional.
  • Access request form: company name, contact name, email and use case.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, the page you submitted the form from, the site language and, if you arrived from a campaign, its parameters (utm_source, utm_campaign and similar).
  • Server logs: our systems log each request, including the IP address, to run the service and detect abuse.

4. Cookies and storage in your browser

The site uses no cookies and no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

If you close the notice suggesting the site in another language, we store that preference in your browser's local storage so it is not shown again. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

5. What we use your data for

  • Answering your request, arranging a demo and sending you information about what you asked for.
  • Reviewing requests for access to the platform and telling you the outcome.
  • Protecting the site and forms from abuse, for example by limiting submissions per IP address.

6. Our legal basis

We process form data with your consent, which you give by ticking the box before submitting. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contacto@ketrics.com; withdrawing does not affect what was done before.

We process technical data and server logs under our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available.

We do not sell your data, do not use it for third-party advertising, and do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

7. Who we share it with

We use providers that process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

  • Amazon Web Services: hosts the site, the database where we store requests, and email delivery.
  • Microsoft: provides the company email where we receive a notice of each request.
  • Google Fonts: when the site loads, your browser downloads its typefaces from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.

8. International transfers

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services servers in the United States (us-east-1 region). These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

9. How long we keep it

  • Demo, contact and access requests: while we handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and at most 24 months after our last contact. Then we delete them.
  • Server logs: 30 days.
  • Database backups: up to 35 days.

10. Your rights

Under Chilean Law No. 19,628 on the protection of private life, as amended by Law No. 21,719, you can ask for:

  • Access: to know what data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: to have your data deleted.
  • Objection: to stop us processing it for a given purpose.
  • Portability: to receive it in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Blocking: to have its processing temporarily suspended.

11. How to exercise them

Write to contacto@ketrics.com saying which right you want to exercise and the email you used in the form. We may ask for more information to verify your identity. We will reply within 30 calendar days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with Chile's Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales).

12. Security

All communication with the site and the platform is encrypted (HTTPS). Data is stored encrypted, and only the team members who need it to handle your request can access it.

13. Children

The site is aimed at businesses, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

14. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
