Reports assembled by hand
Every close, someone exports from the ERP, cross-checks spreadsheets and emails the file around. Hours repeated every month, with errors that are hard to trace.
Business application platform
Ketrics connects your databases — on your own servers or in the cloud — to custom applications that come with users, permissions, audit logs and AI from day one. No servers to manage.
The problem
Every close, someone exports from the ERP, cross-checks spreadsheets and emails the file around. Hours repeated every month, with errors that are hard to trace.
Every internal app needs sign-in, permissions and an audit trail. Building them over and over slows projects down and leaves gaps.
Data integration, database, hosting, reporting and AI — each with its own contract, console and variable bill.
Why Ketrics
Ketrics brings together data connectivity, development, operations and access control, so your team can focus on the process itself.
The data agent runs inside your network and only makes outbound HTTPS connections. It extracts from SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL into a managed PostgreSQL data warehouse that comes with the platform.
No VPN, no inbound ports
Logic is written in TypeScript and React. Ketrics provides databases, file storage, Excel and PDF, scheduled jobs, secrets and AI, ready to use.
Versioned deployments with rollback
Each company has its own encryption key, and its isolation is enforced by AWS policies, not just application code. Every execution runs in an isolated, disposable environment.
Dedicated KMS keys per company
Over 100 fine-grained permissions, groups, per-application roles, sign-in with Microsoft or Google, and two-factor confirmation for sensitive actions.
Signed audit log
Your applications use Anthropic's Claude models through AWS. You decide who can use it and how much, with a monthly budget per company.
Your data stays in AWS
Install applications from Ketrics partners through private offers with a term, terms document and two-factor-signed acceptance.
Your data is kept when a term ends
How it works
Register your databases or install the agent in your network. Schedule extractions and SQL transformations into your data warehouse.
Start the application from a template, with the Ketrics CLI or with AI assistance, and write only your business logic.
Deploy with one command, assign roles to your team, and follow every execution with logs, scheduled jobs and audit trails.
For developers
A backend handler is a TypeScript function. Connections, volumes and secrets are declared in ketrics.config.json and arrive in your code ready to use.
export const exportSales = async ({ month }: { month: string }) => {
const env = ketrics.environment;
const db = await ketrics.Database.connect(env["ERP_DB_CONNECTION"]);
try {
const { rows } = await db.query(
`SELECT region, SUM(total) AS total FROM sales
WHERE month = $1 GROUP BY region`,
[month],
);
const excel = ketrics.Excel.create();
const sheet = excel.addWorksheet("Sales");
sheet.addRows(rows.map((r) => [r.region, r.total]));
const volume = await ketrics.Volume.connect(env["EXPORTS_VOLUME"]);
const key = `${ketrics.application.id}/sales-${month}.xlsx`;
await volume.put(key, await excel.toBuffer());
return volume.generateDownloadUrl(key);
} finally {
await db.close();
}
